What kinds of problems can you help with?
We specialize in homeowner-friendly electrical issues that don’t require permits or in-person service, including outlets or switches not working, breakers that keep tripping, replacing light fixtures, smoke detector issues, troubleshooting power loss in one room, and general repairs, troubleshooting, and replacements.
What’s included in a session?
Each session provides live one-on-one guidance with a licensed electrician, real-time diagnostics, step-by-step repair or replacement instructions, and safety advice based on your setup.
How do the time blocks work?
Sessions are available in 15, 30, or 60+ minute increments. Fifteen minutes is ideal for quick fixes or single-issue diagnostics, 30 minutes is better for multiple symptoms or walkthroughs, and 1 hour or more works best for complex or layered issues. If you need more time during your call, you can upgrade instantly and pay only the difference.
What if you can’t fix my issue?
If we can’t provide a clear solution or next step during your session, you’ll receive a full refund under our No Fix, No Fee guarantee. If needed, we can also schedule an in-person service with a licensed electrician in your area to resolve the issue.
How do I join the session?
You’ll receive a private video call link after booking. Simply click to join from your phone, tablet, or computer.
What can’t you help with?
We do not provide support for commercial or industrial systems, work requiring permits, major panel upgrades or rewiring, or in-person inspections or service. If your issue is out of scope, we’ll let you know immediately at no charge.
